Our extensive range of bread rolls and cakes is not only produced ambient at a size to suit, but is available PART BAKED, FROZEN and can be INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED and LABELLED, or BOXED to suit your needs. In fact, our flexibility is renowned for meeting customers' special and unique requirements by close working relationships at Sales, Marketing and Technical Levels. This has enabled us to expand not only in Contract Catering, but into RETAIL, EVENT and SANDWICH markets. We will work with our Clients to expand their businesses, understanding product size, packaging/presentation and developing concepts, themes etc.... Our Craft Bakers with traditional techniques can produce small quantities of high quality speciality Bread. Alternatively the state of the art Bread and Roll plants can manafacture up to 10,000 items per hour to give cost effective value for money. The comprehensive Quality, HACCP, and Due Diligence systems working with customers, suppliers and various proffesional associations ensure only the highest standards are maintained.
